Practice chord changes. Keep the rhythm.

ChordFlipper is a lightweight guitar practice app that helps you improve chord changes while playing in time with a built-in metronome.

The first public release is not available yet. The core app is working and is currently being refined, tested and prepared for release.

Current development version

A working app, still being polished

ChordFlipper already has its core features. The next steps are focused on usability, mobile support and preparing a public release.

Core application

The main practice flow is working.

Metronome synchronisation

Chord changes follow the selected beat interval.

Favourite chord sets

Create, save, load and remove your own chord sets.

Progressive Web App

The app can already run directly in a web browser.

Landscape mode

A focused layout for practising with a phone or tablet.

Android release

A dedicated Android version is planned after the web release.

One simple practice problem

Most guitar apps focus on learning chord shapes, playing songs or following tabs. ChordFlipper focuses on something smaller: switching smoothly between chords without losing the beat.

Practise smooth chord changes while keeping perfect timing.
  • No songs to follow
  • No tablature
  • No account required
  • No distractions
  • Just your guitar and the rhythm

What comes next

The roadmap is deliberately small. ChordFlipper should remain a focused practice tool rather than becoming a large guitar platform.

Version 2.2

Refining the web app

  • Favourite chord sets
  • Improved metronome behaviour
  • Landscape practice mode
  • Better mobile layout
  • Final testing and polishing
Later

Taking ChordFlipper further

  • First public web release
  • Dedicated Android app
  • Additional practice modes
  • Custom exercise presets
  • Google Play release
